受信者 pumper14886 : Thanks, I also got this one from AliExpress. I wore it with thout the urethral insert. If you get this one, it think you really have to use the insert. I am not finding a link to that one. But I will say I haven't worn that one since. I enjoy the koalaswim cages much better
